I have never heard of Arlo brand products and have never purchases any sort of security system (being only 16 years old), yet I keep receiving text notifications from alerts@arlo.com and they always contain information about the system detecting movement from one of my cameras. Is there any way for an associate to remove my number from whatever account incorrectly added me? Thank you

You need to remove your phone number from online. Call Netgear tech support.
