How can I get live support? I know I have to pay for it, so who do I contact? I posted a question to the community last night, as yet no reply, so I hope someone will take pity and answer my question. Thanks

It’s a vicious circle unfortunately. You need to have a subscription or warranty to qualify for user support. Look in the mobile app under settings/support options. Only works if the subscription supported device is installed in your account though.

When I click on your profile, I only see this post - not anything older.
Can you repost your original question?

Yes, I bought a subscription and after hours on the phone with support on two different occasions, the problem was finally resolved. Arlo seems to be a good system, but the support is lacking.
