I'm new to Arlo and I purchased an outdoor, floodlight and Doorbell camera. The package arrived but only for the outdoor and Doorbell camera.. I have tried to contact support but I have not recievd any email response and their chat bot is awful and ends the conversation when it thinks it's helped me. I also noticed I can't access their proper support options without a subscription? How is that legal? I've been sent around in circles and now I just want to return it and forget Arlo ever existed.. but if I return 2 of the items because I can't return the one that never arrived, they won't accept it.. please help. What can I do? Do they have a support number or anything I can use?

I apologize you are having trouble getting support for your Arlo purchase. That is not at all how we want our customers to feel. I would be more than happy to assist you. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
