How and where do I access the cloud?

How and where do I access the cloud?  I want to retrieve some photos but don't know how to access them

When you look at the library section of your app you are looking at what is stored in the cloud for the period of time that your subscription is set up for. If they are not there, they have been deleted. You should make a habit of downloading your important videos to your computer or phone frequently.
