How To Remove the Adobe Flash Player Banner?

To retrieve from Library a pop up window from Adobe Flash appears and I cannot remove it - please, help

Click on the "click here" link in the message and choose to allow Flash to run. You'll have to do this every time you strat the browser so maybe don't close it.
