My model is actually VMS4130 but they don’t give me that option! How do I access my free 7 day rolling cloud service?

You get 7 days of free video storage from Arlo. All the recordings made by your cameras are stored in the "Library" for 7 days. On the 8th day, the Day 1 recordings disappear.

Not sure if you were expecting something else
