Home base and cameras show offline

• Home base and cameras show offline in the app on my phone, but home base is online, and cameras continue to capture and record. I ve also rebooted my phone app. Still show all cams and home base offline.

When this occurs I would normally have to power cycle the base station to restore the base back on line then wait an hour or so for the cameras to restore.
