In short, my Arlo got stolen. I'm not on a paid subscription. I contacted chat support to see if I can get access to my videos to see if the last video shows who stole the camera. Can't do it because.... wait for it.... my device isn't connected.
Seriously?
Then I called, and the customer service did the best he could and recommended that I sign up for a subscription service and then I could see the last 30 days of videos. Signed up and of course I can't see any videos in the library. Cancelled and and moving to Ring. Arlo has been a nightmare since the beginning.
The Community is the best and thanks for your help.

I came to arlo from ring. Ring has much more problems and less features then arlo. The grass isn't always greener.

I have both, 3 years with Arlo and 1 1/2 years with Ring. For me, everything about Ring has been better. I wouldn't say the grass is greener on the Ring side, but at least the grass isn't dead.
