Anyone found a successful way to escalate support past the L1 online or calls?

Has anyone found a successful way to escalate support past the L1 online or calls? They are totally useless.

I did 3 months of emails back and forth.  They would take 3 weeks to respond to me.  Every new person that answered the email would start the same way.  Restart the base, resync the cameras, put fresh batteries in the camera.  I don't even think they were looking at what my issues were.  It was a complete waste of time to try and talk to the tech support.
