Help unable to view camera

Arlo take money quick but ignore requests for help 

I have VMB 3000

and 2x 3030

paid sub but unable to view cameras followed Arlo guides but no luck

Can you give more details?

  • Are the cameras off-line? 
  • Timing out when livestreaming?
  • Are you seeing this in my.arlo.com or the app?  OR both?
  • Are you using the primary account?  Or a "friend" account?
  • Did this work before?

Hi, thank you for reaching out. 
first time setting up, paid sub ok. 
cameras off line, cannot see camera views at all and never have. 
Using  my account. 
Not showing on app at all. 
paid for up to four cameras, talks about dragging cameras I want under plan? What’s that about? 


so frustrating

You aren't seeing the cameras at all?  Not anywhere?

 

If this is a new setup, then you must have purchased the equipment used.  Arlo stopped manufacturing the VMC3030 cameras back in 2019, and haven't sold them for some years now.  The cameras went end-of-life last July.  They still should work, but there are no guarantees that will always be the case.

 

FWIW, Legacy cameras like the VMC3030 were sold with free 7-day cloud storage, and a lot of users don't have subscriptions for those models.
