The power went out and now my Arlo base station is connected to the router but not reconnecting to the internet. The middle light is the amber color and the other two are green. How do I reset and get connection to the base station?

First, try power cycling the base. That frequently works. You may want to open and close battery doors, too. If that doesn't work, remove the cam from Settings, My Devices and resync.
