I recently got a new router from cable company and now the arlo base unit doesnt want to connect. I have had cameras for quite a while and do not have original instructions anymore. Is there a quick way to fix this or do i have to reinstall? If i do need to reinstall does anyone have a quick link to instructions? Thanks in advance!

What are the LEDs on the base showing? All should be green - Arlo simply needs an Internet connection to work. If the Internet LED is amber or off, something is a problem with the router and/or connection between the base and router. Some ISPs have caused issues by configuring their routers to somehow block access for Arlo for some unknown reason. I prefer to own the router for just this reason - I have control over it.

You may need to have your ISP change their configuration but the state of the LEDs is important info.
