Arlo VMC3030: Lost connection after changing batteries

After changing batteries only 2 cameras work as usual, but the third one fails to connect to the basis. I have tried all recommended steps, but no way. The Model "Arlo" is not on the app any more!!! only Arlo GO, Arlo - Q, Arlo Wire free etc. So there seems to be no way to cennect through the app. Manually sync: the basis blinks in green and camera blinks blue - all fine but nothing happens! Thank you for your help!

It sounds like you're trying to sync the camera so choosing Arlo Wire-Free would be appropriate since you have a wire-free camera.

 

Did you actually remove it from Settings, My Devices before trying to sync? Are you only briefly pressing the base sync button and not holding it for 2 seconds? You don't need to use the app to sync a non-Ultra wirefree camera - just press the base sync button and then the camera one.
