Have the Arlo 4000 with 3 cameras. The motion detector does not work on all three cameras. ideas

The motion detector stopped working on all three cameras. Have rebooted the base several times. Any suggestions?

What camera models?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

Have you run the motion detection test?

I can do both the motion test and record.

Others have found the resetting the base restores normal operation

1. remove cameras and base from the account
2. do the paper-clip reset of the base
3. add the base and cameras back to the account.
