Have a system with 4 cameras and one camera got disconnected and can't reconnect 4th camera

Have older system which was working fine until 4th camera went off line.  Put in new batteries and tried everything.

Finally removed device but when went to reinstall I can not reinstall the 4th camera - get message that can't find base station.

My wife has a separate log in and she continues to show the 4th device which I cannot.

Any suggestions?  Is this a problem with the age of the model of my Arlo base station

Who is the primary user of the system? Are you using an account that was granted access (friend account)? If so, your wife needs to edit your account in Settings, Grant Access. You can't add the base or any other devices because you didn't set the system up.

Both my wife and I set up separate accounts with Arlo for the 4 cameras.  When I accidently deleted a camera #4 from my account, I have not been able to restore it to my account.  At the same time camera #4 has remained on line from my wife's separate account.  MY QUESTION- how can I reinstall camera#4 to my account?  I have followed the instructions but it can not find the camera#4.  Any suggestions

Was the camera originally onboarded to your wife's account?  If so, she needs to grant you access to that camera again.
