I have a four camera ARLO system purchased from Best Buy last summer. The three (outdoor) cameras furthest from the Netgear router work fine. Then I added the fourth...inside...monitoring the front door.

This fourtth (indoor) camera is closest to the router ( at less than 15' away).  When I try to get live feed from it, I get the following messages:

        1. Request Timed Out

        2. Camera failed to connect. Please try again

I have tried the following:

     1. Tried again and again and again

     2. Logged out and logged back in...and tried again

     3. Clicked into the library and back out ...and tried again

     4. Replaced the batteries

     5. Re-synced the camera with the base station

     6. Moved the base station/changed its position

     7. PRAYED

Nothing has worked! I think it is the camera, itself...can you test the camera ending in "D9" on my system and if needed, replace it?

Thanks,

You need to place a trouble ticket to get that support. However, I'd start with movythd camera to a totally different location to see if it works. Also, consider temporarily swapping with one of the other cameras to see if the problem is the location or camera.

Thanks for your reply...I also wanted to mention that I restarted the base station...still no help in getting a camera connection.  I will try your suggestions, but the ARLO system is 10+ miles away! That's why I hoped for a little system testing from your end, if possible.

The firmware for the base station is 1.6.2_4344...the firmware for the D9 camera is 1.2.2688...are these the most recent?

(Just a thought since I had  my computer system restored to original factory settings several weeks ago)
