Had a 5 camera system at home and wanted to add an extra camera at the office. I knew I would have to subscribe to one of the plans, but every month it would kick off my 6th camera and say I needed to subscribe to activate it. So I called Arlo and spent over an hour on the phone only to be told they are working to get their 6th camera support working and that I would have to create 2 accounts ETC ETC-it;s hard enough to keep up with one and I wasn't confident that what he was telling me was worth the effort to go through and it work. Wouldn't recommend arlo to anyone now. I have purchased 4 systems for my kids and will be looking for another one for me.

In meanwhile..... for basic free account,
Just set up a second account with a new email and pw, then SHARE ( grant access ) from the second account to the first.
This will allow you to access all the cameras from both accounts on the first one
Morse is faster than texting!
