H11 Netgear camera - unable to connect to wifi

I have two Netgear cameras H11 and version 3.8_28488 of Arlo app. Cameras have been unused for some time. I have put in new batteries. I am not able to reconnect them. Ser. no. 4wa16b7r71c34 and 4wa16b7n87152.

Showing message "offline". Difficulty recognising which camera I have from the list of options etc.

Are these the original cameras that take 4 CR123 batteries? Do they exist in your account (Settings, My Devices)? If so, remove them and try again.

If your cameras use 4 CR123 batteries, then you have the original Arlo camera.

Otherwise, remove a camera from the housing, and then remove the battery. You'll see a label inside.

FWIW, the "H" labels just give the hardware revision of the cameral model - unfortunately it doesn't tell you the actual model.
