Granting access

How do I get Arlo to recognize my wifes email address, so I can grant her access?  When I enter the address under add friend it does not allow me to click "ok".  The email address I am entering is her correctly spelled account.

Sounds like you didn't add any cameras to share with her. Click on any/all cameras listed below the a name/address section and then send invite.
