Granting access not working

When I granted access to a friend, they accepted the invite, created an account, but it comes up as a new primary account, and wants devices setup. It still shows as pending invite in my account.

Hey -56,

Try removing their grant access and re-invite them again. Have them click on the link they receive on their email and log in with the account again to see if that helps.
