Grant access stopped working

I sent an invitation for grant access to a friend and it was working well, but now it won't let her in any more. She's been using the access on her laptop, but for some reason now it won't let her in. Any suggestions?

Has she tried a different computer or a mobile device?

Maybe delete her and then readd her to the grant access menu

Thanks for the suggestions. she doesn't have a mobile device to use and not another computer, but the suggestion about deleting her and adding her to the grant menu again is do-able. Thank you!   Actually, the issue has been resolved... she power cycled her internet router and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks for your help!  🙂
