Grant access option is missing in Settings screen? Only seeing "New System Access" and "Profile"

Hi, anyone getting the problem when granting user access, the option is  missing in the Settings screen? On my app, all I see is "New System Access" and "Profile" options only.

Start by rebooting the phone and maybe reinstalling the app. You can also try a browser.
