I recently went from an iPhone 7 with iOS 10 to an iPhone 8 with iOS 12.
My new phone won't receive Arlo notifications... although my old phone still does. My husband's iPhone (iOS 12) and iPad also receive notifications.
We've tried: uninstalled/reinstalling the app, reseting Arlo, turning notifications off and then on again on my phone, logging in as myself vs my husband. Nothing works. It's the only app on my new phone that isn't working like it was before.
I've also searched the community and couldn't find any other ideas that I haven't already tried.
It's important I get this working. Does anyone have any other advice?
TIA!

Hi @ebutler8,
Make sure you don't have Do Not Disturb turned on on your iPhone 8.
Are you the account owner or the grant access user? If you're the grant access user, make sure that you have access rights to receive notifications.

I've tried both as the owner and the grant access user.

Try to update to the latest iOS version to see if that helps, which is iOS 12.3.1.
