Got Motion Alert and no recording in library

Got Motion Alert  and no recording in library . turn off oower base station reboot. and turn off camera from app and turn back on. still the same.  alert alert messages but no recording...   any help?

Open battery door, go to settings for camera and use REMOVE DEVICE

close battery door and re-sync camera as if new

( this will reset camera and rules to default )
