Getting smudged videos lately

Hello,

 

I am recently getting smudged videos. Most of the time the smudge is in half the screen and it stays smudge while the second half (top) is normal. Sometimes the smudge is colored pink. The recording is same no matter if played from phone or web broser. I have seen it on more than one camera (I have 4). What could be the cause? How to fix it?

Can you post a link to one of your smudged videos? The link should be accessible for only 24 hours

This could be due to poor signal strength or WiFi interference. Consider relocating your base station and/or cameras (avoiding physical obstacles and other WiFi devices) so that they are closer together and test to see if you get the same results.

This happens randomly...not all the time.

Should I relocate my base station, or wifi router channel?

Yup. That looks like interference or poor signal strength. You should try to relocate the base station to the most central point between all the cameras
