The company I work for bought several Arlo Go cameras a few years back, and I was made admin over these cameras.  Now the company is upgrading to Arlo Pro 2s, and I'm getting ready to retire.  I want to transfer my admin rights to someone else so they can continue to use the cameras.  I've tried everything I know how to do to change it, but it just won't let me.  Anyone have any ideas?

You must remove all devices from your account so someone else can add them. No way around it. I'd suggest a generic account with a generic company email address to be used. WHoever takes over control should change the password when circumstances change like when you retire and another employee becomes the "owner". Don't tie it to an individual's email/credit card.

Actually there is.

You can change the email/username on the account to the new admin.

And of course change the billing to the new admin's credit card.
