Getting notifications but no videos in library for new Arlo app but shows on Arlo Legacy app

Since the new app update and release of IOS 13 there has been nothing but issues. The double notification issue has been resolved. But now I get notifications and no videos unless I go to a device using the legacy app still. Also while trying to view live video it will continuously showing connecting almost never actually showing a video despite showing it has good WiFi. But once you hit the stop button it will show the last update as just happening. Is there any resolution in the near future.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your phone device to see if that helps?
