Per the request of Arlo, I installed the new app on Saturday.  Since then, I cannot log on to the system to check my cameras from the app on my phone nor can I access it from the My Arlo on the website.  I continue to get the same token message "We are sorry. The system is experiencing an unexpected issue."   I have been sitting online waiting to "chat" with Arlo for over an hour with the message "Please hold while we connect you to an agent". I cannot call Arlo as I do not have an active subscription.  This is bullsh*t.  How the hell are we supposed to monitor our cameras?  Support is a joke.
