Getting error message saying "Can't program do discover my Arlo Base Device"

Getting error message saying can't program to discover my Arlo base device.  It trys for a long time and then I get No Arlo devics found. I retry 3 times and still it doesnt work

Hey 3001,

 

Make sure you connect your Base Station to your router before you power your Base Station on. Otherwise, follow these steps here: Arlo can't discover my SmartHub or base station during installation; what do I do?
