This morning I checked my cameras and it said the device was offiline. I guessed power outage. But hours later same thing.
Then suddenly I got an alert. Wen I went to check it showed "1" in the library. I clicked it and there were no recordings.
This is now happening every 15 minutes or so. Various cameras are reporting alerts, but I get no emails and nothing ever shows in the library and it still says it's offline.
It's an hour away so I can check in person. Any ideas what's going on?

If the base was truly off line, you wouldn't get alerts.... The alerts come from the camera thru the base to the server to you
What I recommend is that you attempt to reboot the base remotely..settings, base , restart

Base station says it's offline. The reboot button is grayed out.

Exact same.
Got about 15 alerts yesterday afternoon on the driveway which is normal when it's windy.
Logged in this morning. Still offline. Library shows 1. But there are no recordings.
Dammit.

Drive out today to check into it.
Noticed the internet led was yellow. At least for awhile it was. Then it was green again. Unplugged the base station and waited. Yellow internet.
Unplugged cable modem and restarted. Took awhile but eventually it went green and stayed green. Took a long time to get cameras back online but eventually they were.
And when they were finally all running I noticed one had the "red tint of death".
F**k. Really??? Great.
