Arlo - Wireless Home Security Camera System | Indoor/Outdoor | 4 camera kit with 2 Arlo Q (VMK3500)
This is what I ordered. Setting it up originally, cameras didn't sync, returned, then second set worked great. Used for about a year, it was perfect. Now it constantly gives me an error of "getting status", then one will work but not the others. The Arlo Q is more reliable but often gives a "getting status" error as well.
1. Top internet speed
2. New batteries
3. Closed app, deleted reinstalled
4. No firmware update available 1.3.319
5. Unplugged based and started over
They take turns working, then they all work. Then not again.
Currently 1 wireless works and both Q's work. We added 3 Ring cameras now because this was such an issue. Once we added the Ring, Arlo worked fantastic for a week then nothing again.

You'll likely be better off contacting support using the link at the bottom here. They have access to logs, etc. that we don't.

Arlo support was so terrible with our first set of cameras. We went in circles on 5 calls, HOURS later, all just just reading a script and got no where. I'd rather ditch the Arlo all together than have to call them.
