Geofencing regardless of in or out of home on Laptop

Hi all,

Is it possible to set up Geofencing on a Laptop.

I need it to work even when Laptop is at home.

Does anyone know if this is possible or how to set it up?

Neighbor already actively blocks recording, can he block Geofencing also?

I will think I am recording activity, Arlo icon shows active recording, but when I attempt to stop recording I get a message that no such recording exists and there is nothing in library.

Major help needed for protection as there is no law, per se, here.

No, geofencing is only possible when using a mobile device that has the app installed. SInce the laptop has to use a web browser, you can't use it for GF.
