Geofencing only works with 1 phone

I have a Samsung phone and my wife has an I-phone. She has been granted access, all her setting for the Arlo app are on. When I leave the zone Arlo sends a notification it is now in away mode even if her phone is still home and logged in. when I go to modes my phone it shows her phone as "In Zone" in green and mine shows "Out Of Zone" in Red. The mode on mine says it's disabled, but as soon as motion is dected I get a notification and a vedio is recorded.

I have tried everything everyone has posted, but it still doesn't work.

Is the app logged in and running on her iOS device?
