Geofencing Not Working Properly

I have Geofencing set up to Arm when Away and Disarmed when Home.  The map shows me right in the middle of the zone, but the system is still armed.  Tried erasing the settings and starting over, but to no avail.  I can see me, but its like i am not really there!  I think its a glitch...  Any suggestions?

verify your gps program and the arlo app are running in the background and not off
