Hi

I have access to someone else's camera, he has given me full access but I can't see any cameras on my own account.
we both have the same update.
I get notifications on my iPhone through the app - but I can't see the camera when I open it through the app
what are we doing wrong? How can I get to see the camera and can I turn them on and off when I'm with him?

Ok, so he has the primary account.

He'd need to migrate to the new "feed" interface in order for you to see his cameras.  There are some disadvantages, so he should learn about them before proceeding.  The biggest issue is that "Feed" doesn't yet support custom modes.  That limits camera control and scheduling.

If he does decide to migrate, he'd need to go into "add device" on his app, and then start to add a Pro 5s camera.  That will fail, since he doesn't have the camera.  But the workflow will migrate him to "feed" before he gets stuck.

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu?  Or do you instead see "Library"?  What does he see in his app menu?

Both accounts need to match (either both showing "Feed", or both showing "Library").  It is possible to force migration from "Library" to "Feed", so post back if this is your problem.

Then he needs to migrate to "Feed" before the camera sharing will work.

Does he have his own Arlo system?  Or is he only sharing yours?
