Fraudulent Charge

Why do I have a $26 dollar charge on my bank account I don’t use the product or have one in general. Why am I seeing a fraudulent charge from Arlo Technologies in my bank account

Generally fraudulent charges means someone has gotten hold of your credit card info (and in this case apparently purchased something from Arlo using it).

 

So you should of course dispute the charge with your credit card company - likely they will send you a new card.

 

It'd also be good to work with Arlo on this - I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - so they can create a support ticket on your behalf.

Thanks, I got charged on a debit card, should I dispute with my bank or can Arlo directly refund for me.

Up to you.

 

Personally, I'd assume that there will be other fraudulent charges on the card, so I'd contact the bank to get a replacement.

Ok this is getting ridiculous. I too just got an authorized charge from Arlo Technologies Inc -$48.59 with a Descriptor phone number 408-638-3750.  Support - I need this resolved .

I recommend disputing the charge with your credit card company. 

 

If you never purchased anything from Arlo someone else used the card to purchase something from Arlo.  In that case you should cancel the card.

I'm having the exact same issue. An amount of $26.86 was charged to a debit card that I rarely ever use. What should I do other than contacting my financial institution?
