So, I found two charges on my Capital One card. One was on my husband's debit card and one was on mine, and we have never heard of this company. We have never signed up for this, we don't have any cameras, and this is clearly fake. When I tried to go to speak to someone about it it says I do not have the ability to talk to an agent because I do not have a an account, however, I'm being charged $30 twice two separate transactions, and no one can help! It's funny that when I Google this there's over 40,000 people with the same issue!! Scammers scammers scammers!

The company isn't stealing your credentials and making these charges. Someone else is. No matter how it happened, you should contact Capital One and dispute them.

@MistiD123 Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

So now you have conveniently sent me an email to inbox you, and when I do, the address is unfound. Such a scam!!

Why do you make it impossible to contact you? I did dispute them, and of course they would like to talk with you. Again, you sent me an email saying to private message you, but there isn't a way to private message you. The email that I replied to is" unsupported". How convenient is that? This is not a real thing! Everyone beware!

I'm not a subscriber! Duh. Hence the reason why I shouldn't be being charged, also the reason why I can't get into the app. Or to the website.. I don't have the options that you have when you're a subscriber.

Did you actually look at the screenshots??? They are from THIS FORUM - which you are using right now. Not my.arlo.com and not the app.
They have nothing to do with my subscription.
