My four camera Arlo system was working fine, then it was not. They Netgear router is only showing two lights. System says it recognizes the base station but when trying access the any of the camera, it says "Your device is not connected. Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working Internet connection". I have internet connect, the rounter is connected but nothing.

It sounds like the cameras have lost connection with the base station (dark camera LED on the base station). This could be due to depleted batteries. Consider opening and closing the battery compartment door on the cameras and pay close attention to the camera LED. A slow flashing amber LED will indicate dead batteries.
