Flashing blue lightwont sync

I have had this system for almost two weeks without any problems my camerain my living room which is where the base station is it showing offline I have taken the batteries out multiple times try to resync it the actual base flashes and the camera flash and blue and will not stop flashing blue light turned it off turned on unplug the system and it will not come online

Might be bad hardware.  I'd open a trouble ticket.
