Since IOS 26 came out, my app does not work; thus, does not do what I am paying for or making me and mine feel safe and secure. When is the fix for IOS 26 going to happen? At this rate, I will not be renewing my subscription for 2026.

Can you please explain more of the behavior you are seeing. That way we in the community can assist you further.

On all my iPhones all running IOS 26.0.1 I am not able to log in.

 

It either says Log Back In and tries FaceID which fails, or after I log out it says Log In but after entering my Password it still keeps me logged out.

 

I am able to log in via the Web and see the camera(s) live.

 

The ChatBot is criminally useless just trying to sell me a support plan, which however will not work due to my location.  Been there, tried that, moved on.

@ondohotola can you please uninstall and reinstall the app?
