Our cameras are new. We don't know much about them. One of my cameras won't show picture it's green and says update firmware. I click on message but nothing happens. PLEASE HELP

You should be able to go into settings, then pick the camera with the firmware update, then click device info, then click firmware, the next screen should say update firmware click it and wait, I think that downloads it and then after it seems done go back in the same way and hit update again it should be done after that

There have been reports of people being unable to manually update the camera firmware. Try leaving it alone and it should update by itself within a day or two.
