I have a green screen preventing me from viewing on my android device saying I need to do a firmware upgrade. I try to do one but nothing happens. I have logged on using iPhone and also computer to initiate the firmware upgrade for the cameras and both of them work using anything other than my android device. I have tried re installing the arlo app on my Samsung but still cannot view the camera feed on my Samsung phone. Any help would be appreciated

There's no Canel/Do Not Update button to click on that dialog box?

Nope, the preview screen that usuallyrics has the last picture on it and the play button is green with firmware update available and the update button and doesn't do anything

Restart the base and try both the app and browser to see if things change.
