Hi There,
I finished the setup for my 2 cam Arlo. When I view the cameras I get a message “firmware update is required for base station & cameras. I click on “update base station”. I get a message “are you sure you want to update to 1.8.8.0_11528?”, and I click on update. I get a message firmware update is in progress, I click ok. After a minute or so I get “upgrade failed- file failed to download. Please try again”, I do and same thing. What is happening? What am I doing wrong? My HW version is VMB3010r2, SN# 48C5747PA006E Firmware “update is Available1.8.1_9169. OS Windows 10

Two things come to mind with these 'fails'
1) slow data thru put speeds
2) camera range to far to allow update ( and or low batteries/ tho prob not the issue here )
