Firmware update VMC3030

When I log in I cannot do anything because of a firmware update notification on my screen.  When I try to update,  it says I'm already logged in on another browser and instructs me to close the browser and delete cookies.  Since I'm not logged in on another browser, I delete cookies, but this does nothing.  Then it tries to tell me one of my 4 cameras isn't connected to the internet.  Any advice?

Have you tried a different browser or the app to see what happens?
