The feed on my app and desktop login stopped working as of March 6. All devices are live and operational. Anyone else have this problem? My app is version 6.18.0 (20064), release February 27, 2026.

The behavior should now be fixed from a BE update that occurred over the weekend. If you are still seeing this same behavior, please let me know.

Did all the things you described except reinstalling the app as the same problem happens from my laptop.

They are waiting for us to give up so they won't have to bother resolving the issues. They already know we will never but another Arlo product so no great loss in their eyes.

Tried new 6.20 version for Android. So awful and unresponsive rolled back to 6.19.

I go to DEVICES to see a LIVE view. The camera connects and shows a live view. When I exit that view, it displays an old "picture" (upper left corner says "29d ago". It used to say "Just Now".

Geez, another new Android version right on the heels of the last one. New ver is 6.21. Guess Still doesn't bother to test the new versions before releasing them. Arlo uses their paying customers as their beta testers. And like the recent 6.20, 6.21 does not fix our issue. Thumbnails still say weeks ago.

Some progress...I have 2 shared accounts...2.different base stations/homes. With the last update the account attached to my husbands (with the iphone) email seems to have the thumbnails working correctly now for me. Unfortunately the account attached to my (android) email is still resorting to old thumbnails and there is still no "just now". I've tried logging out and back in, resetting my phone, clearing the cache and data...no change.

It is working again for all three of my base stations. I hope everybody else is the same. Sometime during the night it started to show updated thumbnails. Good to see the fix.

Mine started working for the first time in a month this morning. No notice from moderator or Beta test. All cameras of mine back working correctly for updating to latest camera activity and when accessed to updated now.

HOORAY! Saw other positive posts and both my account thumbnails are now updating properly. I did seem to need to restart my phone. Thank you to Brooke and all. Happy Easter.

Update: Arlo must have fixed the problem of ancient camera images after live view or event. I'm getting "just now" camera views again. Finally.

Same here.
Still get a black thumbnail if i do a snapshot though. Annoying but can live with that .
I did have to roll back to 6.19. 6.21 kept crashing.
