The feed on my app and desktop login stopped working as of March 6. All devices are live and operational. Anyone else have this problem? My app is version 6.18.0 (20064), release February 27, 2026.

The behavior should now be fixed from a BE update that occurred over the weekend. If you are still seeing this same behavior, please let me know.
-
I understand the frustration, our development team is hard at work on a fix for this behavior. I do apologize there is not a resolution as of today, however we are working to have one soon.
-
I have reached out to our development team to investigate this behavior. I will be reaching out with updates as soon as possible.

Current screenshot. If I go live it will go live but then revert to the previous thumbnail. If I turn the essential camera off or on it won't display the updated thumbnail for it

So basically I no longer have a "Just Now". In order for my thumbnails to update/refresh it has to come from my husband causing it from his iPhone.

That's nowhere NEAR the way it was. They screwed it up again.

Since I no longer receive updated images after a manual live view, when i do a live view i started taking a snapshot every time so i can look at the feed for each camera to see what things looked like last time i did a live view. After that will then have a black image as a device preview which is dumb. Didn't really care much as long as i can view the actual snapshot i took. This however, had an undesired affect after having done this on many cameras. When i open Arlo on the devices tab all the cameras flash on and off trying to figure out they are supposed to display. This got so bad i couldn't even do a live view any more since it kept wigging out. Have 15 cameras in use i guess i gave it a stroke . So now if i want to use the app at all i need to not take manual snapshots otherwise app will get spastic and not function. Nice.

På en optagelse viser klokken at den er 18.00 men i virkeligheden så var 22.00.
Hvordan får jeg den optaget video til at vise det rigtig tidspunkt.

Ver 6.19.0_6190001 popped up in Android Play Store today.
Didn't do squat for my Samsung S21 Ultra. No difference at all. Just FYI, just so users won't get all excited and hopeful. If you've had Arlo as long as i have, though, hope was long ago abandoned in any way, shape or form.

Just got off horrible convo w/ ARLO troubleshooting this. Had to deactivate and hard reset all my cameras. Still no updated thumbnails. Of course blame it on Android. I have a Samsung Galaxy flip BTW. This scared me to death one nite when I hit the app and my car was missing from the driveway. Only to finally realize it was from 5 days ago. Not feeling very secure. Definitely not peace of mind. #PRO5s

Yes, I keep seeing an image of my husband from a week ago that causes a brief panic...especially with my glasses off! I did just see a "Just Now" thumbnail briefly on one of my cameras. It didn't last but maybe somethings happening?

I had the best result when I went to my Settings- Apps- Storage- Clear Data.
It seemed to clear things up but quickly reverted back. I suspect that's where the trouble lies with the recent update.

The last thumbnails from video watched today on my 3 Pro 2 cameras says 31d old, but the one from my pro 4 is updated and correct at 1d. I am on app version 6.18_6180003. It is likely the problem is related to the app not updating the thumbnail after watching a live video from the camera.
I've reset the phone app and hub.

Same problem here and I am not AI(assinin Intelligence) generated. Stopped right after the last update. All cameras still work just if you manually activate a camera for say a minute, it just stays at the same day before last update instead of saying just now and begining to count time.

Nothing we as end users can do to fix this we just have to suffer and suffer until the devs and their AI slop code find by accident a fix that works.
I'm very really sick of all the flashing images on the devices tab as Arlo desperately tries to figure out what to display for a thumbnail.
Arlo you really need to issue a WARNING to photosensitive users about potential flashing images. Honestly.

Well, I wish they would make the "auto refresh" after 8 hrs an option in Settings. I would enable it, as I use modes to have my cameras enable only overnight, and otherwise use ArmAway when I leave. My "device screen" also will not refresh to the new thumbnail after manually live streaming. Instead it places a "stale" thumbnail . Very frustrating.
