Failure to receive picture VMB3000

I cannot get a picture transmitted from the camera to my smartphone or iPad although I do get 'motion detected on (camera number) messages. What do I have to do to get a visual on my devises of what the camera is seeing.

Are you trying to use the Library via app or browser? Or are you trying to just use the link in the email? Try another method just to ensure something works.
