Hi, have a VMB 3000, need to put it in the factory default. Can not access the email address as it is set up so I can reset my password.How do you do that?

The email and password are LOCKED tothe serial number of the base unit... you may have to go thru Netgear Support to clear it.

 

The only option to reset the base is the reset ( hold in for 10 secs till all the front leds flash ) but this does not unlock the serial number to the original account
