I just want my basic free plan I always had.

Now they locked my cameras asking me to buy a plan.

Anyway to resole and return to the free basic service..

The free 7-day cloud storage is still provided.

What mix of cameras do you have (models, and how many of each)?

 

Did you change something in your system (add a camera or doorbell for example)?
