Over the past 4 days my main cameras have stopped recording events around 9AM AEST (11PM UTC). They then start working randomly around 9PM. The wifi experience shows as 100% from my Unifi Ubiquiti WiFi and no issues with other devices at all.

Opening a live view works straight away. Manual recording works fine.

I suspect this is due to an Arlo cloud/server side issue. I've raised a case with support but until it is escalated their L1 have no visibility or insight into that side of the equation.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

There are other reports of this happening to customers in NZ and AUS.  Arlo does know about it, and hopefully will fix it soon.

Same here in Texas. Have 2 systems in 2 different cities & neither are recording, unless I manually record. Shows there is motion, but does not record, this started around 7:30pm last night. I don’t think Arlo is aware of the issue.

I’m sure there are a lot of other users having this issue, but are not aware that their systems are not working. I was not aware until I looked at my feed and so no recordings after 7:22pm, which is unusual. That’s when I rebooted everything including my gateway around 12:30am. Triggered events after reboot & cams recorded, but got up this morning & realized they had stopped working again around 8:30am. Thought it was just my system, then checked my parent’s & same thing is happening on theirs, that’s when I knew this was not just a glitch on my end.

We are investigating  the behavior you are seeing, the development team is currently looking into this.
